" I live for that moment when a guest smiles and loves my creation. I am a chef and will always be a chef! It defines me.
I am a lifelong culinarian with an emphasis on international cuisine, Off Premise catering and private chef services. I started at the bottom rung of the industry as a dishwasher and worked my way up to Executive Chef. I did go to the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute and graduate the culinay four year program while I was cooking proffesionaly. I have decades in the industry including owning my own catering company for fourteen years.
