I am 20 year restaurant veteran that is looking to share my experience and love of food with whomever hires me. I have cooked in Seattle, Portland, Twin Cities, Chicago, and most recently I worked a small Forbes 5 star resort in Wyoming which was a very wonderful experience. I love to share my passion for cooking and the culture and shared history we all can find that connects so many different people and places thru food and cooking. I am personally enjoy traveling, outdooring, Urban and Rural exploring, hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking. I would love to share my passion for food with your family or company!

Our experience with Chef Ian was stellar - he was so kind and willing to work with me on developing a fabulous menu to celebrate my husband. His communication ahead of the event was prompt and thorough. He arrived on time, was fun and warm while cooking, the meals were presented beautifully and everything tasted delicious.
