Combining local ingredients, inspiration, travel, professional and self taught training to create a truly one of a kind dining experience.

In 2017 I created 2c Chicago, an underground supper club where guests would come to my home for a formal chefs tasting menu. Now I want to bring that same experience to you. Thus creating 2 Seas Dining. With the goal of changing the way we view dining.

I want to bring Michelin-quality tasting menus to people's homes. When it comes to ingredients I source as much as possible locally while still representing the exotic ingredients you can expect to see on this level of dining.

Every guest is different and thus, every menu is different. Let's talk and I'll tailor an experience that is right for you.

Please note that proposals will be mostly vague because all requests are different and I want to hear from you about how we can tailor a menu specifically for you!

Requests more than 3 months in advance require communication prior to booking to be guaranteed.
