I have been a professional chef for 8 years, working in various types of food such as: Italian, French, Asian, Colombian, Peruvian, Swiss and American.

I studied in Colombia at the national center of hotel and tourism, a recognized institution in my country, I started my career in the restaurant la cotidiana and now I work at the marriott minessota hotel in the position of sous Chef.
