My passion for food and the restaurant industry has driven my career since I

was 15 years old, when I began working as a short-order cook at Bob’s Place in Smithfield. Since then, I have gained extensive experience in various roles across well-regarded establishments, including Club 44, Greenville Inn, George’s of Galilee, and Blackie’s Bulldog Tavern in Smithfield—just prior to acquiring a diner in 2018.
