I am a professional chef for 6 years now, I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. I always loved cooking; it just took me a while to realize that in my early adult years. Now I breath and learn everything related to cooking every day. I've worked in different areas of the culinary world from country clubs to upscale restaurants. I know lots of modern and old techniques that I use when it comes to cooking as well as very versatile to different cuisine.
