Passionate about food and love to pass that to other people.
I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the food service industry. I received my formal culinary training at the Art Institute of Colorado and have worked my way through every position in the kitchen, building a strong, hands-on understanding of operations, technique, and leadership.
Over the past several years, I have served as an Executive Chef, including two years at Nordstrom Grill and most recently at Root Down at Denver International Airport. My career has been shaped by a commitment to consistency, quality, and team-driven execution, always with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences. I bring discipline, adaptability, and a passion for well-crafted food to every kitchen I lead.
