I am a chef by trade with 12 years in the industry, working my way up to fine dining. I have worked in top restaurants such as Oceans 2000, BLT Prime, and 15Th Street Fisheries. Being a trade chef I have learned all my skills hands on in the kitchen. I started cooking with my mom when I was 8 years old, which ignited a fire that has been burning ever since. I enjoy seeing others smile from their belly, its a feeling I cant find doing anything else!
