Hello! I’m Chef Julia, a French-trained private chef based in San Diego with over 15 years of culinary experience and more than 8 years specializing in private dining.

My career has taken me from restaurants in France and San Francisco to private homes, luxury residences, yachts and international destinations. I have had the opportunity to cook for professional athletes, high-profile clients and families, including traveling internationally to manage customized meals and performance-focused nutrition.

While French cuisine is at the heart of my training, my cooking goes far beyond French food. I love creating menus inspired by Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, Latin American and international cuisines, always adapting to my clients’ tastes, dietary needs and occasion.

From an intimate dinner at home to a relaxed family-style meal, vacation gathering, celebration or elegant multi-course experience, my goal is simple: delicious food, warm hospitality and a personalized experience that allows my clients to relax and enjoy their guests.
