I was born & raised in Miami,FL.I started cooking when I was at the age of 7 years old with my grandmother & grandfather.Since then,I have worked & mastered my crafted at different restaurants & hotels from amazing chefs that saw the talent,potential & passion I have for cooking.I do plan on someday to own my restaurants & bars.I'm specialized in Asian(Chinese & some Japanese),Italian,Peruvian,Mediterranean,Southern,Soul Food Dishes.I am Safe Staff Certified & FSP Food Safety Manager Certified.
