I take pride in my work ethic and I put 100% in everything dish I make
I started cooking while I was in highschool(16) .I was lucky enough to be able to take up a trade while I also studied my primary subjects in highschool . Upon completing my certification at 18. I would immediately just head first as my first job was at the dolphin hotel which was in apart of Disney.. along the way I have worked at all the 5 star hotels in New York City including the Pierre hotel where i was a Sous chef for 10 years
