Kat is a passionate chef whose vibrant cooking style celebrates bold flavors, soulful traditions, and sustainable creativity. His culinary journey began at Jamonera in Philadelphia under the guidance of Chef Lindsay McClain, where he built a strong foundation in technique and flavor. He later honed his craft in Los Angeles, California, working in respected kitchens such as Highly Likely, Chifa, Bridgetown Roti, Soulphil, Church & State, and Tartine.

Since 2017, Kat has been operating his own catering business, bringing an island-inspired warmth and a personal touch to every event he curates. He specializes in creating approachable yet unforgettable culinary experiences, with signature dishes like paella and pizza made from scratch that consistently delight guests.
