With a culinary journey that began at Jamonera in Philadelphia under the guidance of Chef Lindsay McClain, Kat honed his skills in Los Angeles, California at some of the finest establishments, including Highly Likely, Chifa, Bridgetown Roti, Soulphil, Church & State, and Tartine. Since 2017, he has been operating his own catering business, where he brings an island-inspired warmth to every event he curates.
Specializing in crafting approachable yet unforgettable culinary experiences, his favorite dishes like paella and pizza from scratch are always a hit. Whether preparing a family gathering or an elegant soirée, Kat ensures every bite is infused with passion, care, and creativity, making your event truly amazing and memorable.
