I am a personal chef who has worked in food and service for 10 years. I strive to make every meal exactly what the client wants. I focus on making ingredients come to life. By using local produce, and fresh ingredients plates are more than just a meal, but a feast of flavors. Hospitality is a key ingredient in my work. All dietary needs are always met, and all clients needs are thoroughly cared for. I always work very closely with clients to create a menu and ambiance that reflects the clients interests and my personal cooking style. My work in kitchens includes small and large scale dinners, intimate parties, movie sets, weddings, and extends to teaching classes, menu consulting, and organizing kitchens.
