I am Japanese and currently work as a chef at a high-end sushi restaurant. My cooking experience is diverse, including sushi, ramen,izakaya style

I have over 20 years of experience in cooking, ranging from Japanese cuisine and Italian cuisine. I also have experience in the service industry, so I can create luxurious meals filled with hospitality.I also provide Americanized sushi, ramen, izakaya, and other arranged meals, but I also want to deliver original Japanese food.
