Passion driven chef with love for cuisine from around the world. I love to collaborate with fellow chefs and express our art through food.
I'm a professional chef of 14 years. Studied classic French and Japanese cuisine , with an Ecuadorian background. I graduated from the International Culinary center in NYC in 2012. Through the years of experience my fellow chef and I developed a multi course tasting Concept in Jersey city. I love to work with local vendors and highlight seasonal ingredients.
