Born and raised in NYC I was able to learn from all the cultures in my city. I've spent the better part of 10yrs working in a variety of kitchens to perfect my craft. I love taking on a challenge, it keeps me learning how to be a better version of myself. My favorite things to make are dishes with steak and seafood. There is just something about that combination that sparks something in me. Small intimate gatherings are my specialty.
