I am a professional catering/personal chef with over 15 yrs experience in the culinary industry. I've also had the pleasure competing on Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race and Guy's Grocery Games. Not too shabby. I've traveled to soon to be 57 countries and very well versed in the many different cuisines. I love them all.
