Personal Chef In Orange
As a young child I took pleasure in watching both my grandmothers cook and often helped in prepare meals. That was the start of my passion. I saw that cooking brought together families, to gather and have great conversations. Food was not only esencial to survive but brought peace and harmony to the table. Helping prepare meals was a way for me to connect and become close to them. They had no idea that by me sitting in the kitchen at age 7 they where giving me so much life. While they were both great home cooks one loved baking more while the other savory. Oddly enough I passionately love both. I entered culinary school desiring to have a pastry degree but while being there I decided to double major. I graduated with a savory degree but am short of 2 classes for my pastry degree.
