I have been cooking professionally for 26 years across the US. I received my Associate's degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and my Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from CUNY's New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn, NY. Over the past 26 years, I have been fortunate to work in famous restaurants and five-star resorts from New York City to Hawaii and the Bahamas. I have had the honor of working with Michelin-star chefs and cooking for notable figures like reggae legends Don Carlos and Stephen Marley, and comedian Kevin Hart.

It is now my privilege to bring the skills I have honed to your table. I can't wait to cook for you!
