Ciao! I’m Luana, a native Italian chef from Ascoli Piceno—a beautiful city nestled in the heart of Le Marche. My culinary background is rooted in traditional regional Italian cuisine, shaped by decades of running my own restaurant and perfecting the craft of handmade pasta and pizza.
I’m passionate about sharing the flavors, stories, and traditions of my region. For me, cooking is more than technique—it’s culture, connection, and joy. Whether I’m preparing a rustic family-style meal or an elegant dining experience, my goal is always the same: to bring authentic, heartfelt Italian food to the table and create moments of true conviviality.
