With over two decades of culinary expertise, I am a seasoned chef and food consultant dedicated to the art of multicultural cuisine. My journey began in 2001, and since then, I have honed my craft across the globe—from the vibrant flavors of Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico to the cutting-edge culinary scenes of Dubai , Abu Dhabi and the United States.

Currently based in Miami, I balance a diverse professional portfolio that keeps me at the forefront of the industry. I am the owner of an Argentinean-Uruguayan Steakhouse in Minneapolis, where I stay rooted in the traditions of South American live-fire cooking. When I am not traveling in my capacity as an Executive Chef and Product Developer, I focus my energy on high-level food consultancy and creating bespoke dining experiences.
