I am an International Chef, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I've been in the USA for almost 16 years, lived in 5 different states, and traveled to the most iconic places in the country.

I currently live in Utah, where we get the best snow on Earth, and besides the cold, I really like living here.

I've been in the Food & Beverage business for almost 25 years, and I love to be a chef, to serve people.

I do consult for restaurants, menu creation and design, and management. I'm also a chef instructor for Salt Lake Community College in the Culinary Arts program and I teach online for people all over the world and companies such as Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and others.

I have a tv show on a channel called TV Connect which is a Brazilian tv channel based in the USA that streams to 4.5+ million people monthly, in 80+ countries worldwide.

I'm a food photographer and food stylist. My last cookbook contribution is The Delmonico Way by Max Tucci where I contributed with my Florentine Cookie recipe.
