I am a vegan chef and small business owner with an LLC and Private Home Chef, Meal Prep and Catering Business. I've been crafting gourmet Vegan cuisine for about 20 years in the midst of other craftsmanship ventures such as bartending. I enjoy making Vegan cuisine that is simple yet elegant and absolutely exquisite on the palate. I use light and whole foods that are nutrient packed and infuse them with flavor and delicacy. My creativity is my favorite part about the work that I do. Broadening palates and minds by way of delicious hand-crafted cuisine is my ultimate specialty.
