I am a professional chef working in a private country club. I have a vast experience working as in a high quality banquets and chefs table type of foods. I am focused on local ingredients and apply it with Japanese methods of cooking. I have learned how to cook at a very young age simply because I like foods. I have worked in places like the Westchester Country Club and Grey Oaks Country Club and currently the Chef de Cuisine at the Wyndemere Country Club.
