I completed my culinary training in Italy, in Rimini, in the province of Bologna, where I specialized in traditional pasta and pizza. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in authentic techniques, regional ingredients, and the cultural heritage that defines Italian cooking.

Over the years, I have developed the ability to work both as a private chef and within high-volume professional kitchens. I am comfortable adapting to different environments, whether delivering a personalized dining experience or collaborating with a large culinary team in a fast-paced setting.
