With over 20 years of culinary experience spanning high-volume kitchens to fine dining, I am a passionate chef and educator who believes in the power of food to create connection and joy. Currently teaching Culinary Arts and Hospitality at Ocean County Vocational School, I am dedicated to inspiring the next generation of chefs through skill, heart, and experience to be able to feel the rewards that come with sharing our craft with others.
