I have been in the industry for over 13 years, this is my 3rd year as a private chef. I love to travel and cook for people. Started my culinary career in Mexico under supervision from an Executive chef from Switzerland, We had a great relationship and I learn everything I know from him, Gourmet meals and Challenges as well as Contest in town were Done for us. Great experience and I miss that.
