Started my culinary career in Mexico under supervision from an Executive chef from Switzerland, We had a great relationship and I learn everything I know from him, Gourmet meals and Challenges as well as Contest in town were Done for us. Oscar was amazing and accommodated all of our dietary restrictions which is not easy to do! His food was amazing and he was very professional. Highly Recommend!

Oscar and his assistant were phenomenal making the night so fun and special while celebrating my mother's Bachelorette. No only was he so friendly and great vibes but the food was incredible. Everything was made to perfection and my entire group was so impressed and pleased. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Chef Oscar was all-around fantastic! He was very communicative during the planning process, accommodated multiple food allergies like a pro and was fun and engaging while he cooked. The food was 15/10, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. He even went above and beyond to specialize a dessert for the birthday guest of honor without being asked. We will definitely hire him again.
