Am from Jamaica born and raise move to the US in 2018 to pursue my dream in cooking, am very passionate about cooking.

I have been cooking professional for 12+ am also specialize in fruits and vegetable carving, al a carte and buffet service/ menu. I never been to culinary school, i start my first job as a cook at 18 years old at a hotel and resort for 7 years doing hibachi, and making farinaceous dishes. Since i have move to the US i have been working at a few restaurant including Benihanas and with the American Cruise Line.

Chef Oshane provided an exceptional private dining experience for my mother and sister’s birthday celebration. As this was our first time hiring a private chef, he exceeded our expectations . He was professional, courteous, and personable throughout the evening. From the moment he arrived, he was well-prepared and efficient, while still taking the time to engage with our family. Each course was served individually, and he thoughtfully explained every dish, including key ingredients and preparation details. His attention to detail and commitment to quality made the evening feel both elegant and personal. We are truly grateful to Chef Oshane for helping create such a memorable celebration. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a refined and meaningful private dining experience.

Chef Oshane was awesome!! He was on time every day, his meals were great, we were all stuffed when we finished our meals. Chef Oshane made dishes we have not had and they were all wonderful. When he was done you could not tell he was even there (he cleaned up fabulously) We would recommend him to everyone!! We will miss him taking care of us!!!

Chef Oshane and his assistant (his wife) Erica was nothing short of amazing. We were both running late due to traffic but everything was ready to go as soon as we arrived. They were friendly, professional and engaging. The meals from start to finish were phenomenal and the presentation was EVERYTHING!!! Chef O is very talented! They made my partner’s 55th birthday very special. It was truly a pleasure working with them.

Chef Oshane and his wife/sous chef provided us with such a lovely evening at our home! We opted for a Japanese menu and Chef Oshane’s proposal and execution were spot on. His presentation was beautiful and we really appreciated his explanation of each dish. Him and his wife were a pleasure to have in our home for a romantic date night with great food.

He made sure to really cater towards my boyfriend for his birthday and also made sure that I enjoyed my time as a vegetarian also! My boyfriend had the absolute best time and they even walked up three flights of stairs so we could eat on our rooftop! 10/10

Chef Oshane Powell and his sous chef/waitress were amazing and the food was delicious. They arrived in plenty of time to prepare our meal for a 7pm start. We were staying at an AirBNB so We didn’t have many materials and they had everything needed. They dressed the table beautifully and made special preparations as it was a birthday dinner. The menu was incredible and everything was delicious and prepared exactly to our liking. We had the clam chowder, vegetable tempura, filet and crab cakes with garlic mashed potatoes, and blueberry cheesecake and chocolate lava cake for dessert. Each course was meticulously prepared and presented. They were very attentive for everything we needed throughout the dinner. I would have another dinner with them to try the different offerings that Chef Oshane has! 10/10!!!

Chef Oshane created an amazing dinner for us for my boyfriends birthday. He brought all of tools and food needed and spent the afternoon in our kitchen creating unbelievable dishes. From the presentation to the quality and taste, we were extremely impressed. The table was beatifically set, and he timed the four course meal out perfectly. He also was sure to come out to tell us about each dish, and the the best way to enjoy it. He was very friendly and is very professional. We will recommend him to all of our friends and family and can't wait to have him again.
