I am a professional sushi chef with over 10 years exp. in Japanese restaurants, I started my culinary career in Las Vegas and have worked in Burlingame, Knoxville and Palo Alto as sushi chef. With the 10,000+ hours I've served and prepared sushi at restaurants, I'd now like to offer the sushi bar experience at your home.

A cooking secret...
It's all in the way you cook the rice. You can have the highest quality fish, but if the rice is mushy... the sushi wont taste as good.
