Hey we are Randall Corry and Chris Pelotte . We are known for two things in this world, being a full time father and a great chef.
10 years ago I started my journey in my families restaurant as a full time prep cook while In college. As the years went on cooking became more and more important to me. That eventually led to me becoming a full time cook. Bounced around from position to position from company to company for awhile. Executive chef, kitchen manager, sous chef, lead line I’ve dabbled in them all. 2019 I got a opportunity to open my own catering business and I took full advantage. C&R Catering has been up and running since and now I’m making the next move into a personal chef.
