I have 35 years of culinary experience and prepare "CLEAN CUISINE ", healthy, delicious gourmet food.
I have spent the last 35 years obsessed with good food from all over the world. I have traveled extensively and absorbed the true flavors and techniques found in creating bold flavors authentically in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and North African Cuisines.
I use only the freshest organic ingredients and always cook with a large serving of love.
My food is clean, and satisfying .
I have also taken a Covid-19 Food Safety course and can guarantee that all of my food is prepared, packaged, and delivered in adherence to the strictest current safety standards.

I guess again, Nanna made everything from scratch. She was Ukrainian and old school. I like to think that my old school sensibilities come from her.
