Bonjour à tous, recently arrived in Los Angeles from Paris, France with over 18 years of experience in fine dining all over the world from Paris, San Francisco, London UK , Strasbourg France. After 3 successful years with my own private chef company back home in Paris, I decided to restart here in the city of Angels, to share my vision of cooking with the amazing Californian produce. I propose exclusively fine dining experiences, with Mediterranean influences, seafood focused. In Paris, food is the center piece of our lives, it’s our culture, our identity, i want you to feel that in my cuisine and connect to it, the smell, the flavors, the textures. My goal is to give my customers memories. What an incredible Valentine's Day dinner with Chef Cedric! He created a customized menu for us, mixed with his signature dishes and our favorites. Cedric arrived on time, figured out the ins and outs of our kitchen in a matter of minutes and presented us with the most beautiful and tasty dishes! The amazing food kept on coming and we honestly had some of the best food we've ever had! I tried to eat very slowly to savor the flavors. Simply incredible! Such a nice way to treat yourself instead of getting lost among other guests at a restaurant. We will for sure work with Cedric again.
