Many years experience in a wide range of cuisines. Energetic, adaptable willing to make changes and remain flexible.

I am a 37-year-old chef whose culinary journey began at the age of 13 in a French bistro called Bistro Laurent. Starting at a young age gave me not only early technical foundations, but also a deep respect for discipline, consistency, and the rhythm of a professional kitchen.

Over the years, I have worked my way through a wide range of cuisines and concepts, including fine dining, Italian, Spanish, French, Indian, and contemporary cuisine. Each experience shaped my versatility and broadened my understanding of flavor profiles, technique, and cultural influences. This diverse background allows me to design menus that feel thoughtful, balanced, and globally inspired while still tailored to each client’s preferences.

I earned my first Sous Chef position in Marin County at Boca Steakhouse, where I refined my leadership skills and developed a strong focus on precision and quality. Shortly thereafter, I stepped into a Head Chef role at Belcampo Meat Co., overseeing kitchen operations and leading a team while maintaining high culinary standards.

Today, I bring that same passion, experience, and adaptability to every dining experience I create, with a focus on flavor, presentation, and delivering a memorable and personalized meal.

Cleanliness, organization, and attention to all my ingredients the quality of what I am using. Fresh is great but sometimes a sauce needs San Marzano.
