Hello ! My name is Robert Eller IV and I've been a professional chef for over 10 years. I started my journey cooking as a child and excelling in Culinary Arts in High school. My passion began to ascend when I was accepted into the world's premiere culinary school, the Culinary Institute of America, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management.

After graduation, I found my self cooking across the country, honing my skills and taking my passion of cuisine to a new level. I worked in private hunting and polo clubs in Westchester County, New York, Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah and even as a Sushi Chef in my hometown of San Diego. Most recently however, Ive been Chef de Cuisine, cooking at the Complete Fly Fisher, an upscale private fishing lodge located in Wise River, Montana, to which I still work seasonly during the summer.

I have returned back to my home town of San Diego and would love to share my knowledge and skills to create an unforgettable dining experience for you, your family, and friends. Cheers!
