I am a chef with almost 20 years of experience with a diverse background in cooking. My experience ranges from Hotels, Country Clubs, Convention Centers to my beginning as a nursing home cook. I've had many instructors along my path with different backgrounds as well. I am a confident chef in my knowledge of food from different backgrounds and eager still in learning even more.
