Welcome! I'm a Private Chef and Hospitality Professional who has been in the Food and Hospitality business for 24 years, and focused on Food and Holistic Health for 12 years.
I provide 1) Private Chef Experiences, 2) Catering, 3) & Healthy Home Meal Plans.
My style is unique in that I blend fine dining meets farm-to-table, mostly over live-fire for a Coastal meets Latin BBQ. I strive to use local ingredients with an emphasis on my relationships with farmers, fishermen, and local food purveyors.
