I have of over 17 years of professional cooking experience. I have owned my own restaurants and worked as a Executive Chef, Sous chef in many restaurants, on the Las Vegas Strip from casual dining to fine dining. I genuinely love to cook and put smiles on people's faces. I cook a variety of different cuisines and love to be creative and create new dishes.
