Experienced, Australian private chef with an emphasis on organic and unique dishes.
I am an energetic and adventurous chef with over 5+yrs experience cooking in the Hamptons and NYC. Originally from Australia, I have lived in the US for the past 10yrs and have become firmly engrained in the New York culinary scene. I have cooked for a wide array of events and causes, constantly changing menus and offerings to reflect the clients needs and what is available in the season. I have formed great relationships with local suppliers and am able to use the finest ingredients whenever I step foot in the kitchen. Like any successful chef, I am extremely motivated and will do whatever it takes to make the clients happy. I can cook across a range of cuisines of any dish is replicable.
