Self-made chef and culinary artist with more than 25 years of experience. Winner of MasterChef Morocco 2015, I have built my career through discipline, curiosity, and a deep respect for ingredients. I currently work as a consultant chef, helping restaurants and private clients elevate their gastronomic concepts.
My cooking style is rooted in solid French technique, combined with a creative, modern approach and influences from world cuisine. I love working with exceptional products and giving them my own twist—something unexpected, something memorable. Quality is always my starting point, but originality is what drives me.
Most of my clients give me carte blanche, trusting me to design personalized menus that highlight harmony, balance, and bold flavors. My culinary philosophy is simple: surprise, emotion, and refinement in every plate.
