I'm a professional chef with 12 years experience in the culinary world. I have been an Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at numerous restaurants in the greater San Diego area, as well as the experience of running my own private chef/catering business. I am proficient in many cuisines from around the world including but not limited to Mexicans/Latin American food, French/European food, Thai food, Indian food, Japanese food including sushi, high end American cuisine.
