I am a professional chef with 25 plus years in the business. I spent 16 years with Chef Emeril Lagasse, working from cook to Chef De Cuisine. I've worked in high end private clubs for the past 10 years. I have a strong passion for the culinary arts and making people happy with my food. I enjoy teaching people my craft, which is why I love to do cooking classes, especially interactive cooking classes.
