I am a professional chef with nearly 10 years of experience in both contemporary and Indian cuisine. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in some of the top restaurants in Canada, including Hawksworth and Botanist, where I refined my technique and deepened my understanding of modern, ingredient-driven cooking.

My culinary style combines precision and creativity, drawing from the richness of Indian flavors while incorporating contemporary techniques and presentation. I am passionate about creating dishes that are balanced, vibrant, and memorable.
