I am a professional chef with nearly 10 years of experience in both contemporary and Indian cuisine. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in some of the top restaurants in Canada, including Hawksworth and Botanist, where I refined my technique and deepened my understanding of modern, ingredient-driven cooking.

My culinary style combines precision and creativity, drawing from the richness of Indian flavors while incorporating contemporary techniques and presentation. I am passionate about creating dishes that are balanced, vibrant, and memorable.

Chef Tushar was amazing! The food was outstanding, and presentation was exquisite. He was so friendly and his team worked very efficiently. He accommodated our timeline and delivered a beautiful dinner service. We had a few guests W food allergies and/or intolerances and he delivered delicious alternatives to them. I'm sold on in-home private fine dining and will book him again. We used Honest Cocktails to bartend and these two vendors worked seamlessly together. If you want the A team - book chef Tushar! You will not be disappointed!!

Tushar cooked for our group of 16 on the Sunshine Coast and did an outstanding job. We were all wowed by each course (there were 4!) and how fresh and tasty everything was. Tushar was a pleasure to have in the kitchen; he is an expert of the trade. Would 100% recommend Tushar and we can't wait to have him back for our next team event. Thankyou Tushar!

Incredible meal prepared by Chef Tushar for my wife's birthday. 6 courses that went very well together and left us feeling full but not overhwhelmed. seasonally appropriate and fresh ingredients. he was also kind enough to prepare the best macaroni my young kids have ever eaten on the side! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Tushar was so amazing in every way. I loved his original menu and how we worked together to tweak the dishes to please all 8 guests! He was fun, informative, and found his away around our kitchen with no trouble. He insisted I sit and relax and enjoy the guests. The preparation was beautiful. Chef Tushar provided our group of 8 with an incredible experience at our private rented chalet in Whistler. He worked carefully with me for a month to create a menu that worked with differing food preferences and allergies. The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. Chef Tushar did an incredible job creating a memorable 6 course dinner for my 40th birthday in Whistler! His dishes were flavorful, inventive and so colorful! We enjoyed watching them cook and the whole experience was seamless. 10/10 would recommend Chef Tushar again!!
