Chef Victor Huesang

Hi i’m Chef Vick, i have over 10 years in the culinary industry. With my background of being Jamaican and of Asian descent i focus on a fusion of my culture to bring you a magnificent experience thru food.

My work experience comes from working at Curly’s Caribbean Flavor in West Palm Beach, FL in 2017, after a few years I decided to go on my own culinary path and learn some more. After traveling the states and picking up all sorts of new cooking styles and techniques I eventually went back to Florida and started cooking for Donna’s Caribbean restaurant in 2022 until i met Chef Reece of Chef Reece Kitchen who i then work for two year before I decided I wanted more! More passion in my cooking more joy of the customer and not just a revaluing system of check in and out i wanted a more unique experience with my guess.
