Chef Rob was attentive to my event from the moment I told him my idea. His experience was displayed at dinner, from the way he came prepared to the location and even assisting me in choosing the wine that best paired with the menu. I can say the my guest was very impressed with the flavors of each dish. The Homemade ravioli and tiramisu inspired dessert were very impressive. Even better was the Eggplant parmigiana and truffle risotto that was a delight. Chef Rob explains each dish in detail and allows you to immerse yourself in the experience. If your seeking someone to assist in creating a culinary experience for you and your significant other and maybe impress your guests I recommend highly Chef Rob!

Chef Rob is absolutely THE BEST!!! From the very beginning, he was so kind, accommodating to every request, responsive, and professional. The planning was easy and flawless because of him. The night of the event again was perfect. The food was INCREDIBLE! All of our guests loved everything and felt so taken care of. We also all commented on how much you could just tell that Chef Rob LOVES what he does and puts that love into his food.
