I`m Gabriel, a Brazilian chef with over 15 years of experience cooking in fine dining and michelin starred restaurants all over Brazil, US and Europe.

My cuisine is inspired by my brazilian roots, mediterranean flavors, local produce and everything I`ve learned along the way. I love working with fresh ingredients, always extracting the best flavors and doing it with extreme care.
