I’m a 26-year-old chef, born in Peru and raised in the Caribbean—two cultures that deeply shaped my love for bold, diverse flavors. Trained in Culinary Arts at CIC in Canada, I now call Halifax, Nova Scotia home. My cuisine blends Latin and Caribbean influences with modern culinary techniques to create vibrant, refined, and flavor-forward dishes.
With extensive experience in fine dining, private catering, and convenient meal services, I craft tailored culinary experiences for any occasion.
