I am a private chef based in Ottawa specializing in the art of traditional Italian pizza. My focus is on providing a professional and authentic culinary experience for intimate gatherings, typically ranging from family birthdays to boutique diplomatic receptions for up to 20 guests.

​My culinary perspective is shaped by years of international travel and immersion across Romania, Italy, Spain, Turkey, England, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. These experiences allowed me to study diverse food cultures firsthand and refine my focus on traditional Italian techniques.

​While living in Argentina, I worked as a chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where I introduced a uniquely crafted, traditional style of pizza. This service was distinct in the region, filling a gap for authentic preparation methods that were previously unavailable locally. The success of that venture was rooted in bringing an international standard of quality to a market that had not yet experienced traditional fermentation and artisanal topping combinations.
