I am a Filipino chef who began my culinary career in Dubai, working my way up from Commis Chef to Junior Sous Chef in a high-end, dinner-focused restaurant. The fast-paced and demanding environment of Dubai’s fine dining scene shaped my discipline, work ethic, and commitment to quality-driven cooking.
After several years in Dubai, I made the decision to move to Canada with my family in search of a healthier work–life balance. While the city offered exceptional professional growth, its intensity was no longer aligned with the lifestyle we envisioned for raising our two children.
Today, I bring the same high standards, precision, and global perspective developed in international kitchens, combined with a more balanced and thoughtful approach to food and hospitality. My goal is to continue growing as a chef while creating meaningful, memorable experiences for every guest.
