I am a professional chef based in the Niagara Area. I have 7 years of professional experience in restaurants. My main focus is European cuisine though I am able to cook any cuisine. I have worked in London and in Sicily at Michelin star restaurants. I have been cooking ever since I was 10 and have loved it since.
