Graduate in Culinary skills and management at Fanshawe College. And currently working at The River Room as a Sous chef. Worked at The Brown Hotel, Kentucky USA, for a year as a line cook. My experience includes success preparing meals, running sauteé stations, and ensuring top-flight safety and quality in multiple restaurant kitchens while steadfastly adhering to the recipes and specifications held by each restaurant. My international experiences challenged me more to become a better chef in the future. I aim to be professionally competent with the field of Culinary by being introduced to different restaurants and kitchen environments.
